PAYMENT
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal. Your credit card will be charged at the time you submit your order.
SHIPPING
We ship domestic orders for in-stock products within 72 hours after purchase. Delivery via USPS Priority Mail will take an additional 2-3 days.
International orders for in-stock products ship within 72 hours after purchase. Delivery via USPS International Priority Mail will take an additional 6-10 business days. The recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any taxes, duties and fees that may be levied by the destination country and due at the time of delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Due to the handmade method of production, there may be times when demand exceeds supply. In this case we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date, and give you a chance to reconfirm your order.
SECURITY
We have taken every precaution to secure your privacy online, and we promise responsible handling of sensitive customer information. All credit card transactions are secured with an industry standard 256-bit encrypted SSL certificate for your protection. We do not store any credit card details.
PRIVACY
Studiopatro takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, lease or distribute the information you supply us under any circumstances. Your personal information is used only to complete your order and to keep you informed about Studiopatro products at your request.
CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
We ship quickly, so to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@studiopatro.com or call us at 415-775-3432 during business hours. Once shipped, an order cannot be changed or cancelled.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All returns or exchanges must be sent to us within 7 days after receipt of goods. Soiled, used or washed products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping. If you decide you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us at hello@studiopatro.com indicating your order number and reason for the return. Upon receipt of your original order in good condition, we will process your exchange or refund. Shipping charges for exchanged items are your responsibility.
RENTALS
If you're interested in using our products for editorial or styling photoshoots please contact us about rental terms and fees.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If we make a mistake with your order or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact hello@studiopatro.com indicating your order number and reason for returning the item. We will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement with no additional charges.
